Nanaboshi Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake
Rich, sharp, fruity, with a clear umami flavor that never gets old.
It has an overwhelming thickness and mellowness at the first sip, plus a sweet and sour aroma like kiwi and a refreshing taste.
First, the aroma was robust and sweet.
In the mouth, it was squishy and fizzy, but with a firm sweetness.
The aftertaste was crisp, but the bitterness didn't linger and I enjoyed the sweetness. It was delicious!

I drank it too!
It's the kind of drink you want to drink after it's chilled.

Mr. Kitchee.
Nice to meet you. Thank you for your comment!
It's definitely a sake that's fizzy and should be drunk cold!
The first time you drink it, you'll think, "It's sweet! But it's not stubborn! But not too much!

I always drink it on its own, but lately I've felt the need to check its taste as a food sake. This time, when I tasted the habitual sake as a food sake, it still tasted as good as the snacks! This is it~!
