I bought this because I wanted to drink a Junmai Daiginjo. When I took a sip of it, I was surprised to find that the aroma was unexpectedly light and refreshing.

It's a carbonated nigorizake, which is a very different type of sake. I was a little nervous about what it would taste like, but when I tried it, it was easy to drink and delicious.
Although it's a nigorizake, it's not too thick, and although it's slightly fizzy, it tastes like sake and is easy to drink even though it's dry.
