Repeat from last year
I don't have the skills to distinguish between the different rice varieties, but I can sense the effort that went into brewing this elegant sake. It is more balanced than sweet. Stable taste.

If it says "limited edition", you'll buy it.
It's a rich sweet, fruity aroma, pleasantly very sweet, and delicious!
I thought it was similar to Suitama Akita Sake Komachi, but I guess it's just a coincidence that they use the same sake rice. They really are very similar.
I like the taste of both.

Got it at the sake brewery's sake kuji.
The lottery ticket was 1400 yen and the selling price was about 1460 yen.
As a kuji, it's subtle...
As a sake, it is sweet, sharp, and cosy.
Sake
As recommended on the label, it is best to drink it at a slightly higher temperature: at around 10℃ it is fruity, at 5℃ it is sharp and tasty, and it is interesting to see the expression change so much. Overall, it is a little classical.

Scent of alu feeling, not as sweet as the specs, perhaps due to the sweet and sour effect. If I say it is sweet and sour, it is sweet and sour, but the alu feeling bothers me a little. A unique and interesting sake.
☆☆☆☆☆
Gently sweet, with a good acidity, and in colors.
I like it the best in Colors.
The day before, I bought a repeat bottle of Ecru for home drinking at my favorite liquor store, but I wish I had chosen Earth...

The fourth glass was ash. The unique acidity of Shinsei resets the tongue and keeps it from getting tired of drinking. I think it is a balanced type of Colors. Delicious!
☆☆☆☆☆
A cool summer sake that retains the gusto typical of A-Sakura. It has a slightly bitter aftertaste, but it goes well with darker types of tsumami.

Purchased at Tokyo Sake Brewers Association
The label is extremely austere, but the taste is very modern. It has a soft melon-like aroma, a light fruity taste, and a bit spicy at the back of the throat. It was a beautiful sake with no peculiarities.
Sake
White malted rice, which I had shied away from, does not have much of a sake feel to it. Should it be considered as something else? The bubbles are large, and the strong acidity and sweetness are very satisfying. It is a kind of sake to be served at a party or a champagne-like drink.
☆☆☆☆
When I opened the bottle, the crown flew off. Definitely the best ever. Be careful with the light fixtures, it is not a feat!
It has a slightly light to medium mouthfeel, probably due to the strong bubbles. There was a hint of sweetness around the 4th day after opening. It will definitely be a hit at a champagne fight!
**☆☆☆☆☆
Strong acidity, goes well with fried eggplant or other fried foods.
I don't do installations, so I can't answer the specs... but it's good. Delicious in summer.
☆☆☆☆
Definitely clear for 60% polished rice.
Thanks to flat milling? The sweetness typical of edible rice is also strong, and the aftertaste has a slight spicy sensation. This is a bargain!
