The first bite is surprisingly sweet and sour. But it is delicious. It seems to be a taste that has been popular recently. There is no sign of getting tired of drinking it, so it is good! I think it is sharper than Niimasa. I will repeat this one! ☆☆☆☆☆

I was convinced that it was Yamamoto, and it was mildly fruity. I also felt a slight piquancy, which made me a little happy. I don't know what color turquoise blue is, and Yamamoto is a bit of a mystery to me. But I actually like it. ☆☆☆☆

On the first day of opening the bottle, I twisted my neck a bit, partly because of the image of the raw sake version. It tastes good, but I wonder if it is hardness. On the second day, the fruity taste becomes more pronounced, just like a Japanese pear. It's not too heavy, and it's easy to drink. It's also delicious enough to be cooked. ☆☆☆☆☆

Repeat from last year I don't have the skills to distinguish between the different rice varieties, but I can sense the effort that went into brewing this elegant sake. It is more balanced than sweet. Stable taste. ☆☆☆☆

If it says "limited edition", you'll buy it. It's a rich sweet, fruity aroma, pleasantly very sweet, and delicious! I thought it was similar to Suitama Akita Sake Komachi, but I guess it's just a coincidence that they use the same sake rice. They really are very similar. I like the taste of both. ☆☆☆☆☆

Got it at the sake brewery's sake kuji. The lottery ticket was 1400 yen and the selling price was about 1460 yen. As a kuji, it's subtle... As a sake, it is sweet, sharp, and cosy. Sake
