Riding the Yuri Kogen Railway, I went to Tenju Shuzo Brewery for a limited edition sake. This is a draft version of the commonly distributed Chokaizan. Both the aroma and taste have a floral Chokaizan taste. The gentle taste makes you feel relieved. Yum! ☆☆☆☆

The aroma is subtle. It has a clear, slightly tangy taste, and is suitable for a mid-meal drink. Well, it is always for eating.... At any rate, it is a beautifully light and refreshing sake that seems to be aimed at the middle of the range. Nama-shu is delicious with a slight piquancy. ☆☆☆☆

This is one that I had avoided because I somehow disliked the naming. The rice sweetness of the daiginjo specs is superb. It is a good sake, but it is also a good sake in its own right. The sweetness stands out when paired with sour delicacies. Choice of snacks is very important! I'm sure it's important to choose the right snacks.

On the first day of opening the bottle, it honestly felt angular in a bad way. Freshness and miscellaneous flavors are fighting? On the third day, the miscellaneous tastes settle down and the sweetness comes out. It has turned into a good, light, dry sake. The first day, the miscellaneous tastes are settled and the sweetness appears.

A gift, a limited edition sake from the sake brewery opening. Slightly chirpy, the spikiness was harsh on the first day, but calmed down considerably on the second day. Slightly floral aroma and generally gentle Tenju taste. It is rapidly rising as a brewery in my opinion! ☆☆☆☆

Found by chance on the way to Suwa-taisha shrine and purchased without prior knowledge. It is characterized by soft acidity and sweetness, reminiscent of white wine. The direction is similar to that of Shinmasa or S.tokyo, and you will never get tired of drinking it! ☆☆☆☆

The aroma is gorgeous, the taste is very fruity, and the aftertaste is sweet as if only the core of pure rice, which is different from the fruity taste, yet not sticky. It is a delicious taste that does not betray you. I have tried Hanayu, Omachi, Sake Mirai, Rikuwada, and Miyamanishiki, but Sakekomachi is the best. ☆☆☆☆☆

I had an image that A-Sakura was more classical, but this is a trendy type. It has a fresh, almost citrus-like sweetness that is typical of nama sake, with a nice sharpness, and went well with the stewed motsu. ☆☆☆☆

It has a mango or apple aroma, a thick mouthfeel, and a slight bitterness that gives it a kick after the sweetness. I guess it is more drinkable than Hanayuyuu-Yumachi because it has more alkaline taste. Sake Mirai is said to be Jyushidai, but I don't remember any Jyushidai. But Hanayuup is good enough. ☆☆☆☆☆

One of the flagships of Otters, which led the fruity trend. It is indeed delicious. The specs are medium. The aroma and lightness stand out, and it feels sweet. It is a sake that can be enjoyed by everyone. It is certainly good, but the cosmetics and the preference is for a polished 3/9. ☆☆☆☆

The first sip is a bit acidic, but as you continue drinking, the acidity becomes addictive. It has a mild pineapple taste and a gentle sharpness. It seems to be popular with girls...and was well-received at a drinking party for only old men. Personally, I think the R type is the best considering the price. ☆☆☆☆

It's insanely delicious. Glucose that passes for fruity. Spodgy feel coupled with the freshness of the raw sake. Easy to drink like a low alcohol despite being 16 degrees al. Just a beautiful, badass sake. I want to buy it by the keg! ☆☆☆☆☆

Precious raw sake version only available during the new sake season. A different taste from the hi-ire version. It has a good balance of fruity, light and rich rice flavor...or so we say. Anyway, it is delicious. On the first day of opening the bottle, it was fresh enough, but not too sharp and gorgeous. Today is the 10th day, I guess, and it has settled down, but not so much in the "alu" sense. It's more umami. It still tastes good! I will have another bottle next year! ☆☆☆☆☆
