The label is cool.
The mouthfeel is classical, then the sweetness rushes in immediately after and flows through with a strong junmai-like sharpness. It is an interesting sensation that I have never had before.
On the third day after opening the bottle, the dryness seems to have progressed. Raising the temperature might be a good idea.
