14% alcohol by volume, first time fresh stored sake 🍶.
Following yesterday's Hourai, it is very easy to drink.
It is light, weightless and refreshing.
I'd like to try other fresh stored sake.
Alcohol 16%, Rice polishing ratio 55
It has a subtle aroma of rice and umami flavor without being habitual.
It is neither too light nor too heavy.
It is the easiest to drink sake I have had recently.
Alcohol content 15%, Rice polishing ratio 65
It has a strong rice aroma and aftertaste.
This is my first time to drink sake from Gifu, but I want to try to conquer all prefectures 🍶.
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content: 15° to 16° C
The aroma and the aftertaste are both strong with the flavor of rice malt. If you keep drinking to understand the taste of sake, you will get drunk. Personally, I prefer it a little more refreshing.
I usually buy the ones with 50% milling ratio most of the time.
(I mean, most of the sales floor I saw today is that)
I tried 70% for the first time ✊.
The colors are vivid ← I just learned that.
I can feel the aroma and taste of rice.
I need to learn to drink more and compare.
Polishing ratio 55
Ignorantly, I often buy junmai ginjo, which I prefer (I prefer fruity rather than dry), but when I drink it, I often smell the aroma of rice and oak.
I like it because it feels like sake in its own way! I like it because it feels like sake. It's really deep 🍶.
Purchased at Asano Sake Shop KYOTO.
I think it is easy to drink with a mild mouthfeel and non-habitual aroma.
This is the opinion of an amateur taste...
