There was a warning to be careful when opening the bottle, but I didn't have any difficulty because it had been a little while since I purchased the bottle.
At first it was clear and slightly carbonated.
It has a full-bodied rice sweetness that is typical of junmai sake.
The second half is milky white in color, with a slightly gaseous taste that remains fruity, but there is also a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
