I decided to end New Year's Eve with a Chiba sake in support of my hometown.
Apple-like aroma.
In the mouth, there is a sense of gas and sweetness, followed by a bit of sourness. The mouthfeel is mild and fruity, but it finishes crisp and tight.
It is delicious.
