I bought it because it seems to have a good reputation.
It is low al at 13 degrees, but what do you think?
The Rohafu has sourness, a little bitterness, and a slightly light taste.
Yamada-Nishiki is sweet and has a nice sharpness. I preferred this one.
In the end, Yamadanishiki is the stable taste. There are other brands of rice that I prefer, but it is very stable.
I couldn't tell much about the wooden vat. Now I want to compare it with the regular version.
