Nihon-Mori Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genshu (Hyogo) Strong ginjo aroma, melon-like. And rice! The mouthfeel is thick and firm. It is thick, mellow and slightly sweet. You can feel the koji strongly in the aftertaste. The alcoholic content is high and it is quite drinkable!

Shirayuki Daiginjo Raw Sake (Konishi Sake Brewery) Aroma of banana, mellow mouthfeel, fresh and clear atmosphere, and the umami taste spreads later. Refreshing throat hit, low miscellaneous aftertaste. This is the first sake I have had in several months. So good that it soaks into the body,! I drank almost only wine last year.

A Hundred Liquor Masters (Sawanokazuru) Aroma of pineapple and alcohol. The mouthfeel is sticky and thick with flavor. Taste. The sense of alcohol is strong. The aftertaste leaves a rough impression on the tongue. It's for nabe and a bit later in the season! 980yen+tax

Koshinokamba Ginjo Bessen (Ishimoto Shuzo) There wasn't much of an aroma, but there was a faint hint of rice kouji. Smooth in the mouth, light and dry. It had a crisp and light finish. This is a perfect match for sashimi, or perhaps even soy sauce! 1500yen+tax

Koshinokamba Soswa, Junmai-Ginjo (Ishimoto Shuzo) It has a rich aroma of rice kouji. The rice flavor comes first, followed by a mineral taste. The flavor opens up on the palate and lingers on the finish. I am not sure if it is delicate, but it is mild and delicious. This is the one you want to savor carefully. 1500yen+tax

Hakuryu Junmai Daiginjo (Yoshida Shuzo) Ginjo aroma with concentrated flavor. It has a mild mouthfeel, soft sweetness and a smooth taste. The aroma lingers in the mouth. A gift from a sake lover. Mellow and delicious!

而今 純米吟醸雄町無濾過生(愛知) パインの香り、少し舌にヒリつく発泡感のある酸味の口当たり。味わいは芳醇でとろみのある甘口。余韻は穏やかな甘みが強く短くさらっと。 めちゃめちゃ美味しい……1年ぶりに飲んだ。 先輩が1升瓶を購入して720ml分けてもらった！

KISS of FIRE(鹿野酒造) グラスに近づけなくても香るほど強いフルーティな香り、水を飲んでるかのような非常にさらっとした口当たり、癖がなく上品。余韻の吟醸香が長く残る。 確かに旨い。1本じゃ足りないくらい飲みやすい。こんな口当たりは今までに感じたことがない。 けど好みかって聞かれると違う。 2020/01/09

越後屋にごり酒(加藤酒造) まろやかな甘さだけど後味はすっきりのにごり酒 そのままでも美味しいがアルコールが高く感じるのでロックがオススメ。 甘さはや旨みはそのまま、度数が低くなって飲みやすすぎる。普段以上にペースが早くなる。 あとは炭酸割り。これも、危険。 1:1だとちょっと薄いからにごり酒多めがベスト。 どぶろくとかにごり酒とか名前はあれだけど中身は甘くて旨くて飲みやすい非常に万人受けするお酒なんだってことをもっと知って欲しい。 2020/01/03

作 新酒2019 純米大吟醸(三重) フルーティで香り豊か、まろやかな口当たりでとろけるような上品な飲み口。 火入れなのに酵母のプチプチ感がすごい！アルコールを感じないのど越しに余韻も長く非常に美味しい。 非常に美味しすぎる。生酒のようなフレッシュな口当たりに生酒よりも味わい深い。うーんもう一本欲しい。 2019/12/31

にごり酒鬼伏(月桂冠) にごり酒って美味しいよね。 冷や→米の甘い香り、清酒っぽさもありながらも甘味が主張、後味も甘い。アルコールが17%なので割と強い。 ロック→アルコール感が和らぎ非常に甘口。名前に似合わず可愛い味わい！ 2019/01/02

すだち冷酒(菊正宗) そのまま→まず香りが良い！！そして口当たりはするっと、喉ごしもよくその後にすだち特有の苦味と麹の味わい。そのままでも非常に飲みやすい。 ロック→香りや口当たりは変わらず、しかし余韻の部分ですだちの苦味が弱まり日本酒の甘みが勝る。 いや、これ498円+税はやばい。 2019/04/01

鉾杉 純米大吟醸あらしぼり無濾過原酒(河武醸造) 三重県産五百万石 すっきり爽やかな飲み口、軽いかと思いきや口に含むと米の旨味が穏やかに広がる。なんとも上品な味わい。 しかし飲みやすすぎる。これで17度あるとか信じられん。。。 2019/04/29
