Aroma of banana, mellow mouthfeel, fresh and clear atmosphere, and the umami taste spreads later. Refreshing throat hit, low miscellaneous aftertaste.
This is the first sake I have had in several months. So good that it soaks into the body,!
I drank almost only wine last year.
