Koshinokamba Ginjo Bessen (Ishimoto Shuzo)
There wasn't much of an aroma, but there was a faint hint of rice kouji. Smooth in the mouth, light and dry. It had a crisp and light finish. This is a perfect match for sashimi, or perhaps even soy sauce!
