Exhilarating and exhilarating! Summer Squall, as the name suggests! The gentle sweetness of the tailings and the nice aroma bursts and dances in the mouth with the strong gas. A squall indeed! Igarashi Sake Brewery has done a wonderful job of expressing a tropical squall using the northern sake rice "Ginpu". This is this year's No. 1 summer sake. 5.0/5.0

I have been curious about Gokotsuru for a while. I am not fond of the type that drips with sweetness, so I tried Gohyakumangoku, which has a nice clean finish. The attack was sweet, but not too sweet, and it had a good richness without any cloying taste. The clear taste lasts from the moment it enters the mouth until it goes down the throat. It is said that some people compare the Tsurukame with the Shinshu Kamerei. I prefer Shinshu Kamerei. 3.0/5.0

I was attracted by the summery look of the label. This is my first Shinomine. This is my first Omachi. The aroma is restrained. When you drink it, the first thing you taste is the umami of rice and a subtle gaseous sensation in your mouth. In the middle part of the bottle, there is a moderate acidity with gas, followed by a slight bitterness, and it finishes with a smooth finish. There is no unnecessary sweetness, so you find yourself drinking more and more of this dangerous brew. It would go well with chilled tofu with a lot of ginger. If you put it in the freezer, the taste will become clearer. It is a little gassy, but why is there not much bubbles in the glass? 3.5
