I have been curious about Gokotsuru for a while.
I am not fond of the type that drips with sweetness, so I tried Gohyakumangoku, which has a nice clean finish.
The attack was sweet, but not too sweet, and it had a good richness without any cloying taste. The clear taste lasts from the moment it enters the mouth until it goes down the throat.
It is said that some people compare the Tsurukame with the Shinshu Kamerei. I prefer Shinshu Kamerei.
