The gasiness is typical of Kaze no Mori. The sweetness is strong, but it is balanced with the acidity, so it is not too sweet.
Although the sake rice is different, the Omachi 607 Challenge Edition has added youthfulness and liveliness, and I personally think it is one of the best Kaze no Mori wines.
I am looking forward to seeing how the flavor changes over time.
This is a bottle that shows the potential of Nanarot.
