It has a rich aroma. Slight acidity on the palate. The mouthfeel is good; it's a 2016 censure, but it's not very heavy. It is slightly more mellow when warmed up. Bottled in August 2020. I bought it at a liquor store near the brewery, but basically the Kisoji is for local use and the Kiroemon is for out-of-prefecture use. The brewery and the toji are the same, so he said.

The aroma is a little like white wine. It has a slightly acidic taste, which is light for a sake. It is easy to drink. Personally, I prefer it to be served cold at room temperature rather than warm.
