After having Masumi for lunch I went out for a drink with a lot of energy (lol). Not only the first sip. The rest of the drink was clean, crisp, and easy to drink 😍. In a sense, it's a bad idea because you can keep drinking this kind of sake 💦.

Regular sake, quality hamper 💦😵💦. I think it was low white 80. The sake brewer's care and attention to detail in the making of this sake is evident even in the standard sake. Refreshing and dry. It's so refreshing and dry, it's easy to enjoy. It's so sharp and clean. Add some salmon and mackerel (🤤)

Mr. Kato of Kato Farms Co. Yamada-Nishiki is made in Hokkaido and brewed at Kobayashi Sake Brewery to produce this limited edition sake.
