It doesn't have much of the Kouei chrysanthemum character.
My personal image of Koei-Kiku is that it is beautiful, gassy, and sweet, but this one gave me a different impression.
It is a heavier, full-bodied sake with a strong rice flavor.
To be honest, it is not my favorite sake, but if you think of it as a full-bodied sake, I think this is what it is.
When heated, the full-bodiedness of the sake broadens and becomes even more delicious.
