This is the Sogapère Ephis that I have longed for.
It has a richness that comes down the throat and spreads from the throat to the entire body.
I think there is a preconceived notion that it is a sake made from a yeast yeast yeast, but I got the feeling of lactic acidity spreading down my throat.
The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are also moderate.
I feel that it is a beautiful sake, even though it has quite a distinctive umami.
I think it is honestly delicious.
However, for some reason, I do not like it.
I think it is a strain that I would like, but I wondered if it is too rich for my taste.
