It's been a long time since I've seen Matsumoto-san.
Or rather, this is the first time for Nichinichi.
It is outstandingly fruity from the aroma.
I was told that this is the basic version, and it is as delicious as I expected.
My first impression is that it is a moderately sweet and beautiful sake, as is typical of Tojo-produced Yamadanishiki.
The balance of umami, acidity, and bitterness is also exquisite.
In particular, the acidity, moderate umami, and a hint of bitterness are characteristic of this sake, to the extent that it is difficult to open the bottle.
I am looking forward to other days and days other than the basic one.
