Kitanoshiki Hokuto Zuisou Junmai Ginjo Shizukudori Kobayashi Shuzo I got this bottle from a friend. I couldn't imagine what kind of sake it was from the atmosphere of the bottle. The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink like water! The aroma is a bit like a Cemedine type aroma? After drinking it, the spiciness comes softly and gently, but at 16% alcohol, I feel like I'll be drunk soon. It was a very good sake! Rice polishing ratio 45 Alcohol content 16%.

Tsune Kigen Junmai Daiginjo Hyakumangoku no Shiro Nama Genshu Kano Shuzo Fruity aroma and acidity. When it is chilled, you don't feel the dryness so much, but it is very easy to drink and delicious.
