Kirakucho Nama Sake Sakura 2022 Kita Shuzo Gentle aroma with a fruity feel. And the slight fizzy sensation of the sake. The sweetness spreads softly in the mouth and is very delicious. I thought it would be a very clear sake, but the umami and dryness spread slowly and can be enjoyed for a long time. It would go well with a variety of meals! Gorin Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu Kurumada Shuzo My personal favorite sake. Easy to drink, aromatic, and delicious. I also like Tengumai, but I prefer Gorin and would recommend this bottle to people outside of the prefecture.

Yoshida Brewery u Hello&Goodbye Sparkling Raw Sake Yoshida Sake Brewery Until I opened the bottle, it was clear, with some orifices settled at the bottom. But when I opened the package, the carbonation made it all white! It was like a yogurt-type carbonated drink that is very easy to drink. It has a nice sourness and sweetness that is just right. It's delicious and easy to drink, so be careful not to drink it too fast or you'll end up drinking too much alcohol! Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 13%.

Lion's roar Kobori Sake Brewery This is one of the breweries that makes Tedorigawa, but the master brewer has moved to Nagano, so they don't make this brand anymore, and this was one of the last bottles. The aroma was light and thin, with a hint of cemedine. The first sip was a little smooth and easy to drink, and the aftertaste that followed was very impressive. The second sip is spicy and delicious. This is a bottle to be enjoyed at various temperatures. Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 17 degrees

YOSHIDA KURA u Hyakumangoku no Shiro -Nama-shu Yoshida Sake Brewery A new sake from the same brewery that makes Tedorigawa. It does not interfere with food and is easy to drink because it is gentle. Even though it is a pure rice sake, it is as easy to drink as water. Hyakumangoku: It has a whitish taste that does not stick to the palate. The aftertaste recedes quickly. The alcohol content is also low at 13 degrees for an unblended sake, so you can drink a lot of it. Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 13 degrees

Kitanoshiki Hokuto Zuisou Junmai Ginjo Shizukudori Kobayashi Shuzo I got this bottle from a friend. I couldn't imagine what kind of sake it was from the atmosphere of the bottle. The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink like water! The aroma is a bit like a Cemedine type aroma? After drinking it, the spiciness comes softly and gently, but at 16% alcohol, I feel like I'll be drunk soon. It was a very good sake! Rice polishing ratio 45 Alcohol content 16%.
