When I was regretting it, I happened to see it and bought it, but I couldn't open it. First of all, the aroma is fruity and nice. Then, when you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sake flavor that lasts for a long time. And the feeling of it disappearing softly is very pleasant and good... I thought it was a delicious bottle. Rice polishing ratio 48 Alcohol content 16%.

Dry Junmai Sake Hekiryu Fukumitsuya A friend of mine recommended this sake, but I couldn't find it at regular liquor stores, so I bought it for him. This time it was served cold. It has a nice dry taste with a little bit of rice flavor or habit. It has a nice sharpness that is typical of Fukumitsuya. It was recommended to be served hot, so I would like to try it. I think I might like it better heated because it seems to be similar to Kurobelt. Polishing ratio 75 Alcohol content 16%.
