KAGATOBI Summer Junmai Namaste Fukumitsuya-san I couldn't resist buying this one. It is delicious served cold. The spiciness lingers on the tongue for a long time, but the acidity is sharp. Somehow, I felt just a little bit of sweetness along with the sourness, so I thought it was a well-balanced and delicious bottle. Rice polishing ratio 65%. Alcohol content 17 degrees

Tsune Kigen Junmai Daiginjo Hyakumangoku no Shiro Nama Genshu Kano Shuzo Fruity aroma and acidity. When it is chilled, you don't feel the dryness so much, but it is very easy to drink and delicious. Since it was a nama-shu, I drank it after a period of time and the dryness gradually became more pronounced. The only other sake I've had from this brewery is KISS OF FIRE, but this one was easy to drink and delicious. Rice polishing ratio 48%. Alcohol content 16 degrees

KAGATOBI Junmai Daiginjo Ai Shiboritate - Raw Fukumitsuya Kagatobi has a strong image of dryness and sharpness, but this Kagatobi was a sake that showed various faces, from sweetness to sourness, from spiciness to bitterness. The aroma was very fruity and delicious. It's a raw sake, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops over the next few days. Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 17 degrees

Kanazawa Nakamuraya Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu Nakamura Shuzo Slightly sour and sweet. The aftertaste does not linger and disappears quickly, but there is a slight bitterness, perhaps because it is freshly squeezed. The ginjo aroma is very good, so you can enjoy both the taste and the aroma. Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 16 degrees

Banzairaku Tsurugi Yamahai Junmai Kobori Shuzo I've heard that it's best to heat it up, so I served it lukewarm to hot. When it's lukewarm, the transition from sweetness to sharpness and acidity is very good. The dryness of the sake comes through again when it's heated. The aroma is also very nice, as is the Yamahai style. It's so easy to drink, you'll end up drinking it at a pace that will give you a hangover! This was a delicious sake that betrayed my expectations in a good way! Rice polishing ratio 68 Alcohol content 16 degrees

KAGATOBI Yamahai Junmai Super Dry, Unfiltered, Raw Fukumitsuya-san Kagatobi is available for a limited time only. As the name suggests, it is super dry and crisp. Because it is unfiltered, it has a good mouthfeel and a very nice aroma. I'd like to compare it with the fire-hardened version. Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 18 degrees

Takeha Noto Junmai Kazuma Shuzo This is a sake that I've had my eye on for a while. They serve sake that goes well with a variety of ingredients, so I was curious about that too, but this time I went with the Junmai sake. It has a very nice aroma, but it is very smooth and easy to drink. It doesn't change much when it's in your mouth, but it's very crisp after you've swallowed it. I'd like to try it warmed next time. Kirakucho's 200th Anniversary Sake Junmai Daiginjo Kita Shuzo This is a commemorative bottle released for the 200th anniversary of the company's founding this year. First of all, the box it comes in is interesting. Inside is a sake bottle that looks like a flower. On the inside, a conversation with the brewer was written. The sake is very smooth, easy to drink, modest, and well balanced. The sourness, spiciness, and aroma each assert themselves well. It is very delicious. It was a commemorative sake, so it was hard to get my hands on, but it was a good sake. Rice polishing ratio 35%. Alcohol content 16 degrees

Ozo Sake Brewery Yuho Ikomai Junmai Hyakumangoku-no-White Original Sake This sake is made from "Hyakumangoku no Shiro" sake rice from Ishikawa. I was looking forward to this sake because it was released a step later than other sake. It is a sour and slightly sweet sake. The sweetness recedes quickly, but the sourness remains and the spiciness comes softly. It's not too high in alcohol content, so sake~! In a way, it is easy to drink.
