Yuho "Heki" Junmai Daiginjo Hyakumangoku no Shiro Goso Sake Brewery I had failed to buy this bottle when it was first released. When I was regretting it, I happened to see it and bought it, but I couldn't open it. First of all, the aroma is fruity and nice. Then, when you put it in your mouth, you feel a strong sake flavor that lasts for a long time. And the feeling of it disappearing softly is very pleasant and good... Dry Junmai Sake Hekiryu Fukumitsuya A friend of mine recommended this sake, but I couldn't find it at regular liquor stores, so I bought it for him. This time it was served cold. It has a nice dry taste with a little bit of rice flavor or habit. It has a nice sharpness that is typical of Fukumitsuya. It was recommended to be served hot, so I would like to try it. I think I might like it better heated because it seems to be similar to Kurobelt. Polishing ratio 75 Alcohol content 16%.

Yoshida Brewery u Hello&Goodbye Sparkling Raw Sake Yoshida Sake Brewery Until I opened the bottle, it was clear, with some orifices settled at the bottom. But when I opened the package, the carbonation made it all white! It was like a yogurt-type carbonated drink that is very easy to drink. It has a nice sourness and sweetness that is just right. It's delicious and easy to drink, so be careful not to drink it too fast or you'll end up drinking too much alcohol! Rice polishing ratio 60%. Alcohol content 13%.
