Kamikawa Taisetsu Special Junmai Comet
Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery
Kamikawa Taisetsu is a sake brewery that produces a special junmai called "Comet".
This time it is also very tasty!
The aroma is moderate, but when you put it in your mouth, it tastes slightly effervescent and gusty.

A friend of mine said it was like water, so I was curious and bought it.
It is low-alcohol, light, non-habitual, and very easy to drink. I can understand why they say it can be drunk in place of water.

ECHOES Kijoshu
Tamakyu Shuzo
I was looking forward to this kijoshu because the ECHOES I drank before tasted like sweet and sour wine.
The aroma is very sake-like, but when you drink it, it is very sweet. Sweet and sour.
And even though it is a kijoshu, the alcohol content is low at 14 degrees. It is a very characteristic sake. It has some peculiarities, so you may not like it or dislike it, but it is delicious.
