Personal Evaluation 88 points Enjoyable for beginners and experts alike. Fruity flavor with a lot of width. It is sweet, yet light and has excellent transparency. It is hollow without a core of miscellaneous flavors, and the soft spreading sensation reminds one of the shape of the moon under the sagittal equinox. It conveys the feeling of being a modern version of Omachi strain rice at its highest point. It is too good with modern yeast. The sake brewing that makes the best use of it is also top-notch. Everyone gave it a high rating on Sake Mirai, so I drank it strictly, but it exceeded my expectations.
