くろまお
Although not a sake, I purchased this one, which bears the crown of Takagi Shuzo's Jyushiyo.
It is a blend of 6-year-old Spanish sherry and Takagi Shuzo's 10-year-old rice shochu, aged for another 10 years in oak barrels, a type of liqueur rarely found anywhere else in the world. The color is a dark ruby, more like a dark brown than red wine.
The aroma is of well-aged fruit, and the taste is a combination of barrel-aged and shochu-aged fruit.
I thought it was an interesting liquor with various expressions.
