くろまお
The second candidate for regular use sake for a period of time.
This is a draft sake made from Gohyakumangoku rice produced in Toyama Prefecture! When you open the bottle, you will hear a lively sound. The yeast is alive.
The quiet and mellow spread of this sake gives it a fruity taste like juicy muscat. The subtle hint of ginjo aroma is also gentle.
It is delicious.
We drank it hiya, but we will try it cold as well.
