It is another brand of Kitanishi Shuzo located in Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture, which makes Bunraku. There are not so many distributors of Sairai. It is a bit gassy, but not so gassy that the lid flies off. It is delicious with a muscat-like fruity aroma and a good balance of sweetness and acidity.

At Craft Sake Week Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling with a light nigori The brewer poured it for us. What is this? It is so delicious, it makes me smile. I think I could drink it forever. It was so good that I said it might be the best one I had that day (although I also had a glass of Tenkaeru and Next 5).

First Akabu Junmai Namae Even though it is junmai, it has a gorgeous aroma and is the king of sweet and tasty. Surprisingly delicious. I had a fruity but light-medium flavor impression of the fire-aged Yui no Kou that I had previously, so I did not expect it to be so sweet. I am also interested in Junmai Ginjo Nama.

This is the highly anticipated Tenbi Yukiten. Thanks to the vent hole, there is no worry about blowout when opening the bottle. I thought it would be sweet, but it seemed a little dry. Paired with fried oysters, it was great.

Kangiku Ocean 99 is the second bottle after Nagi. Kukai is a once-fired, unpasteurized bottle. It has a stylish bottle. It tastes fresh, fruity, and slightly sweet. It finishes with a bit of bitterness. It tastes great in the hot summer when it is well chilled.

My 1st favorite sake. The moment the cap cover is removed, the lid almost pops off. It has a strong gassy feeling, like champagne. It has a low alcohol content of 13% and is very easy to drink. The aroma is of steamed rice, and when you drink it, it is fruity, slightly sweet, and has an indescribable flavor. I was shocked when I drank it for the first time. The gas didn't come off until the third day. A flute glass is good.

Exclusive product at the local Toshimaya Sake Brewery's storehouse. It is also available at the online store. It is a little rough on the alcohol content, but the gorgeous aroma and slightly sweet taste make it a real hit. Shinmasa was rare at the time? I have been a fan of Shinmasa since I found the low-polished Junmai 85 and Junmai 90 at a liquor store and picked them up. It's a pity that it's become much harder to find... The aroma of NO.6 is just like steamed rice itself. But when you drink it, it has a completely different expression. The aroma is not gorgeous, nor does anything stand out, but the balance is very good. The concentration of umami and the complexity of the flavor are unique and one-of-a-kind. If only it were a little easier to buy...

It is slightly spicy, so it can be used as a food sake. It is said to be orikagami, but it is very thin. It is a good sake with good cost performance.

I opened the bottle to close out the year, even though I couldn't drink it slowly due to work during the New Year's holiday season. I can't say that it has a feeling that it goes in smoothly and without any sticking point. Even if it is blind drunk, it is still very good.
