The aroma of NO.6 is just like steamed rice itself. But when you drink it, it has a completely different expression.
The aroma is not gorgeous, nor does anything stand out, but the balance is very good.
The concentration of umami and the complexity of the flavor are unique and one-of-a-kind.
If only it were a little easier to buy...
