Its low sugar content, freshness, and subtle youthful austerity are also exquisitely expressed as soon as it is paired with a meal.
Released at the beginning of the year 2019 (Heisei 31). Daibai macho (macho man) Aizan Junmai 80%, made with the high quality brewing rice Aizan.
The label features an eye-catching pink and sexy macho woman.
It is fired once and has an alcohol content of 15%. It is a low-polished junmai sake with a sharp yet mellow taste like the woman on the label.
