I tried it because I was told it had a banana feel to it, but it was banana. I don't think the taste is that banana banana, but the aroma is overripe banana!

I bought this sake at the supermarket because I wanted something a little different. It tastes so light that it is hard to believe it is junmai sake, and it certainly reminds me of white wine grapes. I could drink it in gulps!

It's 2022 Natsu for Mitsuo Yamakawa!
Mitsuo Yamakawa is the god of sake, the guy at the tavern told me, and it's named after each of the four breweries in Yamagata Prefecture.
He lied, but it's good!
