The aroma seemed weak, but the flavor on the palate and through the nose is pleasant. It is a dry sake that would go well with sashimi.

I think this might be the first time I've had a sake that changed so much. I'm so excited 💕
It retains the spiciness of Mitsui's Kotobuki, but has an elegant finish with just enough aroma to bring the dish to life. Ask for it early in the drinking session. It tastes so good that you drink too much and lose track of the aroma and such halfway through 🤯.
The palate is sweet and a little fruity but not lingering and easy to drink. I'm not a big fan of sweetness, but I can drink as much of this as I want💕.
I can't get enough of it 🥺.
Whenever I go to Fukuoka, I always drink or buy this sake.
I'm glad to be able to drink it in Osaka.
I don't often see Niimasa in Kansai, but this store sometimes carries it.
It's not a typical sake as the unusual label suggests, but it has a lingering aroma from the slight firing, and a sweetness and sourness that is about 10 seconds after eating a delicious melon.
Still, it doesn't leave too much of a lingering taste on the palate, so I drink a lot of it💕.
I can't get enough of it!
