It is so westernized that it feels like it doesn't fit into the sake category. The rice makes it disgustingly sweet, yet spicy, so the aftertaste is not so heavy.
I think this sake panders too much to foreign tastes, but I think otters are so elegant.
However, I wouldn't mind drinking it once a year or so.
