I don't often see Niimasa in Kansai, but this store sometimes carries it.
It's not a typical sake as the unusual label suggests, but it has a lingering aroma from the slight firing, and a sweetness and sourness that is about 10 seconds after eating a delicious melon.
Still, it doesn't leave too much of a lingering taste on the palate, so I drink a lot of it💕.
I can't get enough of it!
