I like the clean fruity taste. I thought it might be Yamada-Nishiki, but it turned out to be Matsuyama-Mitsui rice. I thought it might be Yamada-Nishiki, but it was Matsuyama-Mitsui rice. Paired with oden, it goes well with soup stock.
