I bought it under the impression that sake from Nara is good.
It had all my favorite words: Yamahai, Junmai Ginjo, unfiltered, and unpasteurized.
The last time I drank Yamahai, it was a strong Yamahai, so this natural, gentle Yamahai was delicious!
In Kanazawa, I drank the same brand of unpasteurized sake, which was exquisitely delicious.
The owner told me that the non-namaishu version was a bit harsher, and he was right.
It had a strong Yamahai feel to it, and was very robust.
I heard that this is the fourth installment of the quest for new sake, and I also drank the third installment, both of which were delicious. I'm looking forward to the next one!
It's definitely juicy, fruity, and mellow!
The sake I drank in Kanazawa that was so good, I could buy it locally!
Even if you drink it in Tokyo, it's still good!
From now on, when in doubt, choose this one!
I bought it by the jacket, but as it is only a rice wine, the contents are also quite good.
It's almost like a Junmai Daiginjo, with a strong flavor.
It's delicious. I'll probably buy it every year.
