When I drank the first sip, I felt quite a bit of ripe melon flavor. This continued after the second sip, but the rich umami, moderate acidity, and sweetness filled my mouth, and the aftertaste was pleasant. Although the rice variety is the same as the Bizen Omachi we drank last week, the taste is completely different, and I personally prefer this one!
