TSUKIKOSHI The production method used in Edo period literature has been reproduced. When poured into a glass, it has a rich aroma of freshly picked white peaches, green apples, melon, and other fresh fruits. The minute you take a sip, the fine bubbles stimulate your tongue, and from the mellow and smooth sweetness, moderate bitterness and umami appear in the latter half, creating a contrast in harmony. The acidity felt throughout adds to the lightness and creates an impression of purity and freshness." ...I hear that...lol! I don't know how difficult it is...but I'll say it...slight effervescence! This is delicious!
