MizoSparkling Takeyuki.
This sake is an attempt to be conscious of circulation, with a focus on the local Ibaraki area.
It was very fresh, easy to drink, and slurpable.
Slightly sweet and floral, it was the kind of sake that will definitely be popular.
This is one I would like to repeat.
