My favorite Shirafuji sake brewery. I had to buy a bottle when they released a new sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast! I got it and went home excited 😆. To begin with, they use Kame-no-o. And when it has 88% rice polishing ratio, it's just too good to be true! I was so curious about it lol. The moment I sipped it at room temperature, my mouth was filled with the usual Shirakiku. It becomes even drier when served lukewarm! It has sweetness, but it is dry! Well, the rice polishing ratio is 88%. I don't feel that kind of atmosphere. I was supposed to buy nigori sake but I chose this one lol, I told him to drink something lol. Kame Ichigo is a delicious sake from Masuzumi, so I thought it would be a similar trend. 立山の限定シリーズ 昔に立山の金ラベルというのが 限定で発売されてめちゃくちゃ美味しいと 噂になってたことがあり、気になって購入！ 昔は兵庫県産の山田錦をつかったことをうたってたみたいですが、今回はその表記はなし。 それよりかは生酒をブレンドしたことを 大きくフィーチャーしてました🤔 まぁ美味しければ…笑 常温で頂きましたが、ラベルのデザインほど 辛口ではなく、甘いというかやわらかさが印象的でした☺️ これはヒヤでも熱燗でもなんでも美味しいのは確か！！！笑

2019 Shinkame made with special sake rice "Hanabukiyuki" grown in Aomori Prefecture! Purchased with regular junmai sake ☺️ Of course we had it hot. It tastes so much stronger than normal! It has a dusty aroma like freshly cooked rice and the flavor explosion on the palate is fantastic😁.
