This is the first Koei Chrysanthemum ✨ I've had at home.
The aroma is slightly medicinal with a hint of sourness.
The taste is juicy, sweet and sour, and may taste like orange 🍊 due to the preconceived notion of the name 😅If it's cold, it has an astringent aftertaste, almost like lime.
As the day goes by, the acidity gets stronger and stronger, and you may start to get a strawberry 🍓 feeling.
Very juicy 😋.
