Junmai Daiginjyo, low temperature bottle-enclosed, once heated in the bottle.
The nose has a melon flavor with a hint of yogurt.
The taste is sweet with a hint of yogurt and prince melon without strong acidity. The aftertaste has a nice, gradual umami flavor.
As the day goes by, the sweetness becomes less and less and the taste becomes more and more crisp 😄.
