いそゆうThe aroma is gorgeous. I️think this is what "mellow" means. It's so good that I️think it tastes like mellow. It's refreshing. I couldn't get my hands on it because it was only sold in a bottle, but a local liquor store sold a Yongo bottle, so I bought it immediately. I'm so glad I bought it 😭 it's so good, too good. I think it might be number one at the moment 🤩.

いそゆうDATE 7Urakasumi Aroma and taste like Shinmasa. Urakasumi is slightly sweeter. It has a sharp taste. DATE 7Koganezawa The aroma is soft and white peachy. It has a thickening taste. Also delicious.

いそゆうRefreshing aroma, tastes like a combination of white wine and sake. You may not know it's sake unless it's explained to you 😊After drinking it, you will be soaked in it. Grapefruit and muscat, refreshing and light. It is a taste of the next generation that I would like to cool down and drink.

いそゆうGood from the first bite ‼️Sweet but not too sweet. The acidity is just right. I had a string of failures with Houou Mita, but I bought it on the recommendation of the proprietress of my favorite Japanese restaurant. It's as good as I thought it would be.

いそゆうFirst time in Chiebishin, but back ministry. Lactobacillus drink-like aroma peculiar to orikara. There is a tingling sensation. I heard it's a food sake, so I tried it with salted hoya (dried squid), but the sake flavor didn't disappear, it was light and amazake-like. But it is not too assertive. Before I knew it, the sake was gone from my cup. I had to drink it.

いそゆうI drank it after dinner when I wanted something to drink or something sweet. I think the base of Shinmasa is plum wine. It's a noble sake, but it's not too sweet. It has an elegant sweetness. It is delicious.

いそゆうAt a nearby Japanese restaurant. I drank it on an empty stomach, but from the moment I took the first sip, the word "delicious" overflowed my mouth and the lady of the house blew me away. The sweetness was elegant and gentle. The flavor spreads softly. I can see why everyone adores this sake. After drinking this sake, I want to try all kinds of Jyushidai. I wonder what kind of Jyushiyo I will encounter next.

いそゆうPurchased because it is a sake brewery that was instructed by Jyushiyo. It has a sweet taste of rice. I feel it is similar to the Honmaru Kakushin of Jyushidai that I drank before. It has a raisiny feeling, but nothing unpleasant. I wonder if the taste will change after tomorrow? LOL!

いそゆうI kept it at 0 degrees, but it takes a few minutes to open. Dry, dry, as described on the label. Clear and refreshing. Not too sweet. Somehow - was it just me or did it taste like daikon soup?

いそゆうÂ Maybe, just maybe, this is really good. That's what I'm saying. Doburoku. Doburoku. Ah, do-brokk. Yum, yum, yum. Just the right sweetness. The strong carbonation is also good. Doburoku is similar to makgeolli, so it goes great with kimchi and Korean food, as well as grilled meat!
