First a glass without origami. The aroma is sweet and sour like Beaumichel. The taste is like cherries or raspberries.
With a bitterness. Taste and aroma of lactic acid drink. Delicious ministry!
The aroma is good.
The taste also has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and pairs well with today's appetizer of ponzu ponzu sauce with milt 💖 delicious 😋.
It has a fruity aroma without being close to your face, with just the right amount of tingling, sweet and sour. It tastes (why should I describe it?) like a good drink. It tastes like a delicious sake (how can I describe it?). Delicious 😋.
Aroma fruity. Sweet but with good acidity. Like sweet grapefruit. Delicious 😋It's so smooth and this is a badass drink. This is the best ministry among all the Daimine so far.
I finally got this drink after a lot of shop-hopping because the reviews were highly positive. The aroma is rummy. It is tangy and sweet, but not too sweet. It tastes like flowers.
Aroma honey🍯Taste is smooth and plum wine-like. Slightly tangy. Sourness and sweetness are just right. It's delicious.
I think it is similar to Shinmasa's Flax Cat. It seems to be a year-round product, so it's great to be able to drink delicious sake easily.
Aroma. There is a refreshing sensation in the mouth...then comes the gutsy sweetness. I think it would go well with gutsy, strong-flavored dishes. I would like a little more acidity.
Flax cat is my favorite of all the Shinsei. (Though I've only had about 4 types of Shinsei 😅) The aroma and taste is the usual plum-like Shinsei taste. But it is mellow and strongly carbonated. It is refreshingly dry. It's delicious. Shinsei is amazing.
Rich aroma. It tastes like amazake, and I️ feel like I️ am in the rice malt ministry. I pride myself on my ability to handle carbonation, but every time I take a sip, the carbonation goes up and down 🤣 It's just the right amount of sweetness and delicious.
