It was very tasty. The slight carbonation hit my palate and it wasn't too fruity, which was perfect! I would recommend drinking it with just alcohol. It would be a waste to have it with food. It was the kind of sake that you want to enjoy the taste of all the time. I think it might be my favorite Nabeshima label so far!
