I never thought I would see the day when I would be able to meet such a drink. But today, as if in a dream or a vision, it appeared before my eyes. It had been two years since I had had a glass of Shinmasa. My heart swelled with anticipation. However, my expectations were dashed. The incredibly mellow aroma, lightness, and richness were all well balanced and danced in the mouth, playing on a pleasant wavelength.
I have to say that a sake that maintains such a high level of balance and yet has each of its characteristics stand out is indeed a rare sake. No wonder it is a rare sake.
I can only express my gratitude to the store that allowed me to encounter this kind of sake. If you have a chance to encounter this sake, you should definitely order it!
