This is Hoshi-Banji, a sake from Fukushima. I have loved this sake since I was a student, and it is the sake that started my love for sake.
It's fruity, but at the end it has a crispy taste, so it's not just sweet. I think it goes well with many kinds of food. The reasonable price is also a great point. It's not a famous brand, so the stores that sell it may be limited, but if you have the chance, this is a drink you should buy and drink!
