It's super dry. However, it betrayed me in a good way. Even though it's super dry, the sake doesn't come in a rush, it's very clean and easy to drink. I think it would go well with a variety of dishes. We also had it hot, and it was quite good. It has a mellowness to it, and I think it has a weight to it even though it is beautiful. It was a beautiful brew with a touch of sake.
