First Takachiyo. A bottle I came across on a trip to Niigata in search of better sake. Immediately after opening the bottle, I was impressed by how delicious it was. The fruity sweetness spread out, but there was a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and I couldn't stop drinking. The best ever! I thought it was the best ever, but it seemed to deteriorate faster than other sake... The second half of the bottle seemed to have more miscellaneous flavors. It was a good learning experience to see how the taste can change so much. Personal rating 8.7 (9.2 right after opening, 8.3 in the second half)

Yonotori, which I had longed for. I had heard it was quite sweet, and what is sweet about sake? I wondered, but the mystery was solved. It is sweet. It is indeed sweet. When I took a sip, I was surprised to find a slight carbonation! Then you feel the unique sour wooden vat of Niimasa. Soon after, the fierce sweetness rushes in. Three stages of taste change, very interesting. Personal rating 9.1

It's still delicious... I like Akabu very much. This was my first time to try the new Akabu and it was great. I thought it had a more robust flavor than the seasonal stuff. I wish I could go on a trip to Tohoku... Personal rating 8.9

Light nigori sake. I think it had a sweet taste but also a tingling sensation on the tongue and some bitterness. It was very easy to drink, but I wasn't that into it now... Still, I'd like to try a different lomang lol. Personal rating 8.5

My sister gave me a bottle as a birthday present. It was an interesting sake with a complex flavor, something I had never had before. It was so unique that I can't describe it well now... LOL! First Shinsei Colors. At first, it is refreshing and has a strong grape flavor! But the astringency spreads later. I never get tired of it. It seems to become a habit... I drank this bottle very cold and savored it. Personal rating 9.2

In my mind, when I think of dry sake, I think of Kamikigen. Not only is it crisp, but it has a rich flavor that fills the mouth. There is no sweetness in the aftertaste, but a powerful sake. Delicious! Personal rating 8.8

This is my first time drinking Tazake. It is very refreshing and easy to drink. It goes down smoothly. I thought it was the perfect sake for those times when you are not looking for a strong or sweet sake, but want a sake with a sharpness. It can be enjoyed on its own or with food. It still has a grape flavor on the palate. It is richer than the Jade I drank before. I would rather drink it as a stand-alone sipper than as a food wine. Also, the label is cool. Akabusu Numari... Personal rating 8.8

The words "Sake Mirai" made me decide to buy it. It has a gorgeous aroma, and in the mouth, you can enjoy the rich sweetness and the lingering aftertaste that is typical of Japanese sake. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a classic sake. Personal rating 8.7

I personally enjoyed the Spark more than the regular Flax Cat! The strong carbonation at the opening of the bottle lasted until the bottle was empty, and I enjoyed it all the way through! Drinking it in a wine glass gives it a nice atmosphere. It has a strong acidity and is not heavy, so it was easy to drink. Personal rating 8.8

This was particularly tasty! There was a shrieking carbonation when the bottle was opened, and it was fun to pop it in the mouth. It lasted for about 3 days after opening the bottle...? The flavor was also quite muscat-like on the first day, so delicious that it naturally made me smile. It was refreshing, but the flavor did not fade as the days went by and remained distinct and very satisfying. Delicious to the end, I would repeat it again! Personal rating 9.2

After a series of sour sake, I chose a sweeter one. It was my first bottle of Kafuda sake, but it was very tasty! It was sweet and rich. I would definitely like to try the other sake! Personal Rating 8.4

The flavor and aroma of grapes is rushing through my mouth all at once. The grape feeling continues for a few seconds after it goes down the throat. The assertion of acidity makes it refreshing and a perfect sake for early summer. I personally like to cool the glass and drink it extremely cold. I'm afraid that if I'm not careful, I might finish it before I know it... Personal rating 8.9
