Polishing ratio 35%! How can it not be delicious!!!! 😌❤️ The sake level is -5, but it actually feels quite sweet. I want to taste the deliciousness of the sake itself, without any miscellaneous flavors. It's not a complement to the food, but the main course. This sake was quickly sold out at a nearby liquor store. I found it by chance in the sake section of Aeon. You should check out Aeon, too.

Yum! I recommend tasting the sake itself rather than pairing it with food. It is my favorite. This is my first time drinking Kangiku, but I'm sure I'll be hooked!

Freshness of the raw sake. Weak carbonation on the tip of the tongue? A weak carbonation is felt on the tip of the tongue. Gentle taste without assertiveness. A food sake that goes well with dishes with strong flavors.

High alcohol content (19%)! It has a strong rice flavor with a flush feeling that can only be achieved with nama-shu. If you had to describe it in one word, it would be "rich and mellow". We enjoyed it with shime saba (mackerel).

！！！！ Note the opening of the bottle: ！！！！ It took me about 30 minutes to open it. Well carbonated, not too sweet. Is it difficult to match with food? I had it with sukiyaki, but I think it would be better with a small snack.

It has sweetness and a gorgeous aroma. It goes well with Yamagata's "Pesora-zuke", a spicy pickled eggplant. Purchase it by weight at the Yamagata Station Espar!

Souvenirs from a trip to Yamagata The label came close to me while I was carrying it🥲. I recommend drinking it chilled! It has a refreshing sweetness and is easy to drink.
