Looks and smells like white wine? It looked and smelled like white wine. It was a gift, so I thought it was unusual and tried it, but the mellowness of the aftertaste was more like wine, and I felt it was not suitable for someone like me who is not very good at wine.
I wonder if it would go well with cheese or some other snacks that go well with Western wine.
If it is made in France and considered as a sake for spreading sake in Europe, I think there are many people who like it.
The acidity and cleanness of the mouthfeel are amazing. The first impact is strong, but it disappears after passing the throat, and you can feel a subtle fruitiness at the end.
It was delicious 😋.
Among the Sakusaku, I recently learned about Omachi. It is sweeter and less acidic than regular Saku, making it easier to drink. I think it goes well with salty food.
Today I had somen noodles, so I drank it with tempura, and it was not bad. If you drink it with too much salty food, the sweetness is emphasized and you cannot feel the sourness, so I wanted to drink it with the right salty food. Personally, I think that the characteristic of the sake is its acidity, so it is not interesting to lose it.
At any rate, Omachi is an interesting and tasty sake that changes its flavor greatly depending on the tsumami.
I think the best thing to drink with it is Japanese food.
This sake has such a strong flavor that you can finish it in one night.
The best sake I personally drink is Jyushiyo, and my favorite is Saku (Junmai Daiginjo), but it is even better than Saku. It is so good that it makes me want to simply go for a 4-gouple bottle.
It is not aggressive in taste,
It is a mass of deliciousness, a mass of drinkability that passes through your mouth and throat, so you can drink it all the time. It is a delicious taste that makes you want to consider continued purchase 🤤.
Delicious.
However, my first impression is that she is a very nice and mysterious girl who is always one in the class. Straight ahead.
It's like taking a detour along the way. The more you drink, the more you can taste it, so you can drink a lot of it. Personally, I like it very much.
Postscript
The more you drink, the richer and tastier it tastes. I like it a lot.
I simply love the taste.
The sweetness and umami make me happy, and it is a sake that can be enjoyed as it is.
The sweetness in the mouth and the slight bitterness that remains when swallowed are very good.
It is my favorite sake among the sake available at the restaurant where I come for celebrations.
Taste not my personal favorite.
I enjoyed it when drunk with strong flavored tsumami.
I'm very happy that this is my first experience with sake that I didn't dislike much. I will drink it all deliciously.
