You can enjoy the sweet aroma and taste of this sake made almost entirely with koji (96% koji ratio). It has a rich flavor and a refreshing taste with a harmonious acidity. It has a pleasantly refreshing aftertaste.

It is brewed with Omachi and Yamadanishiki.
It has a sweet and sour taste which is typical of Senkin.

The color is like a brandy and the aroma is unique and strong.
It is a bit like a noble brew with a strong sweetness.
It is delicious with beef and red wine.
Sparkling Tajima Sake.
The sparkling was supposed to be sweet, but this is a very rare sparkling sake. In fact, I thought it was drier than other types of sake.
